EMAILS ENTERED ON OUR ONLINE TRAINING SYSTEM

We use email addresses as a unique identifier for our online training system to log into the training. We do not disclose these addresses to anyone and they are only used for online training purposes.

We may from time to time use them to contact specific users about their training if the user is experiencing problems or if there is a problem or upgrade to the whole system, however for system upgrades and technical problems we would usually filter information through the companies Fire Safety manager first.  

IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

We may collect information about your computer; this is statistical data concerning your browsing actions and does not identify you individually. This information includes your IP address where available, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report collective information to our advertisers. 

We may also collect information about your general internet usage using cookie files stored on the hard drive of all computers. The cookies contain valuable information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. In collecting this information we are able to improve our site and deliver a better and more personalised service.
